About the Instructor
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER & ACCOUNTABILITY COACH
Cori is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), an NCCA accredited training organization, and she has over 14 years of personal training experience in the fitness industry. Throughout the years, Cori and has worked with a variety of clients of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds including: men, women, pregnancy, seniors, beginners, athletes, and fitness competitors. She doesn’t believe in the “one-size-fits-all” approach, and she helps develop realistic nutrition and action plans with people so they can accomplish their goals.
Coach Cori has done it all when it comes to fitness. Everyone’s definition of being “in shape” is different. For her, it is when a person is able to physically do all of the things they love, and they are not limited by their physical body. For Cori, that has been: Gymnastics, Bodybuilding and Fitness Competitions, powerlifting, CrossFit, functional training, Spartan races, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, golfing, hiking, traveling, maintaining a healthy body fat, and trying new things that challenge her body.
