We are passionate about helping people become happy, healthy, and confident through fitness. Our programs include: strength and endurance training, family wellness education, personal fitness coaching, and nutrition planning.

Founder, Cori Sterling, is a NASM certified fitness and nutrition coach with over 15 years of experience in the industry. In addition to her fitness expertise, she also has an elementary education background and several years of leadership and personal development training, making her uniquely qualified to help people of all ages and abilities achieve their health and fitness goals.

At Soul Fit, we believe that wellness is about more than just physical fitness. It’s about feeling connected to others and finding joy in the journey. That’s why we offer a variety of programs, group classes, personal training options, as well as nutrition planning and family wellness education, to help our clients feel their best inside and out.

Meet the Coach

Cori Sterling

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER & ACCOUNTABILITY COACH

Experience: 15 years
Specializations: Group Training, Muscle Building, Fat Loss, CrossFit, Bodybuilding, Nutrition, and Personal Development.

Cori is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), an NCCA accredited training organization, and she has over 14 years of personal training experience in the fitness industry. Throughout the years, Cori and has worked with a variety of clients of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds including: men, women, pregnancy, seniors, beginners, athletes, and fitness competitors. She doesn’t believe in the “one-size-fits-all” approach, and she helps develop realistic nutrition and action plans with people so they can accomplish their goals.

Cori has done one-on-one training, but her passion lies in group training, because of the community and fun environment that is built in groups. Her background in elementary education allows her to work with all different skill levels and personality types and to build a community where people support one-another. Cori’s calling is for families to be happy and healthy so they can experience love, connection, and play.

Cori understands that fitness does not only require physical commitment, but also personal development. Because of this, she encourages people to delve into their emotional and mental limitations and to overcome them by combining personal growth practices with their physical fitness goals. She excels as an accountability coach because she sees people for what they are truly capable of.
